Outside the purple line?
We still come out to homes up to 40 minutes from our office. A trip charge covers the extra drive time:
- $50 per visit for single services and non-warranty follow-ups
- $100 added to multi-visit service plans
We don't service homes more than 40 minutes away. From April through October our schedule fills up, and we may not be able to take jobs outside the core area. We're more likely to take jobs to the west than to the south or east.

Do you service my area?
If you're in Lakewood, Rocky River, Westlake, Bay Village, Fairview Park, Avon Lake, North Olmsted, or Cleveland's Edgewater, Westpark, Old Brooklyn, Ohio City or Tremont neighborhoods, yes. If you're elsewhere within 40 minutes of our Lakewood office, we can usually come out for a trip charge.
How much is the trip charge?
$50 per visit for single services and non-warranty follow-ups outside our core area. Multi-visit plans add $100. There's no trip charge inside the purple line on our map.
Do you go south or east of Cleveland?
Sometimes, up to 40 minutes from our office. We're more likely to take jobs to the west. From April through October we may not have room for jobs outside the core area, so call and we'll give you a straight answer.
Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use the most effective products with the lowest risk and apply them with kids and pets in mind. We'll tell you if there's anything you need to do before or after a visit.
What warranty do I get?
Single general pest treatments come with a 60-day warranty. The 3-visit mouse plan has a 90-day warranty. The quarterly plan covers perimeter pests year-round and gives you 20% off non-covered pests and wildlife service.
